We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support the team in conducting business intelligence, market research, analysis, presentations, and other duties as assigned. The Business Analyst will collect and analyze data that relates to cybersecurity training and education, workforce requirements across industries, academia, and government, and other business intelligence; make recommendations using data and is responsible for the development data models, reports, and presentations.

Business Analyst Job Duties

  • Research and prioritize potential sales leads and partnership opportunities
  • Research and evaluate competitors and their offerings and articulate findings to justify certain business decisions and sales opportunities

Curriculum Content Manager

The Curriculum Content Manager is a creative problem solver and a person of action who is excited to work closely with colleagues from the Product, Marketing, Operations and Academics functions, among others, to develop top quality cybersecurity training and awareness products and highly engaging instructional materials in diverse media.   

The ideal candidate is or has:

  • A highly skilled content development professional with experience in editorial, education, learning science, publishing, or related cybersecurity industry training
  • A background that is not limited to developing print content. While such experience is a valuable part of the ideal candidate’s background, we seek an individual with experience developing a wider variety of content, e.g., digital instructional materials, video scripts and art specs, in-format tests, online workshops and quizzes
  • Experience in developing questions and other types of assessments
  • Managed organizations of both:
    • In- and out-of-house direct reports, and
    • part-time and/or contract employees
  • Goal-oriented in management of team, ensuring that key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded
  • An excellent communicator of complex ideas/projects in a straightforward way
  • Driven to seek data-supported decisions in creating instruction
  • Some experience with Agile development methods
  • An independent self-starter with a strong results orientation and at his or her best under deadline pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of developers creating content in diverse media—digital assets, video, student- and teacher-facing print materials—including providing training, oversight, and support to a team of diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Own the content development process
  • Create (or oversee the creation of) writer and editor training, style guides, and other process documentation
  • Define and be accountable for editorial acceptance criteria and quality
  • Establish best-practice processes and monitor them for innovation and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure that work takes place in accordance with the budget and project or release plan
  • Source, train, and manage part-time out-of-house writers and editors
  • Work with Instructional Design team to ensure product efficacy
  • Use research and data to inform future learning interventions and content development decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant area; Advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in education, product development, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in writing, editing, and managing the writing and editing of educational products
  • High level of comfort working collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team
  • Ability to thrive under the pressure of deadlines
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail

The Digital and Instructional Media Developer will support the CyberVista team through the ideation, development, and production of digital content for all product lines.   • Manage studio including lighting and audio
  • Studio Operations: Serve as the primary operator for our media studio producing both live and on-demand content
  • Video creation: Partner with the product team and subject matter experts to transform content info digital for the learner
  • Video Editing: Expertly and quickly edit video content for high-quality, high-value content
  • Animation: Create basic animations and graphics for live and post productions
  • Project Management: Coordinate with all stakeholders, production staff, and vendors to shepherd projects throughout the production process
  • Digital Asset Management: Administer and maintain our DAM/CMS and establish best practices for managing our media assets

Skills and Qualifications
