We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for Student Advisor opportunities.  The Student Advisor is a results-driven professional responsible for contacting and advising prospective students. The advisor supports both sales and service with a true customer service perspective. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Job Duties:

  • To advise and counsel the students through the buying process; understand motivations and speak to all product lines
  • To communicate with prospective customers, via outbound telephone calls and email,in order to qualify their interest and provide accurate and timely information regarding CyberVista’s products
  • Advisors should be comfortable with conducting 50-100 daily phone calls.
  • Advisors will learn the operations of the training courses to be fully versed and in a position to answer questions and assist a student in any way

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Admissions, Call Center or Customer Service.
  • Outbound call center experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven and measured performance work environment
  • Must have excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be results driven, highly motivated, self-starter as well as adaptable to changing environments
