Falan's professional experience includes working in information technology for private industry and the U.S. Government. He has spent 19 years helping organizations protect their data while enabling their lines of business. Falan is a former (ISC)² Government Advisory Board member and today he works in the financial services industry, assessing risks and identifying remediation activities needed to comply with internal policies and external standards and regulations. Prior to that he held various leadership roles in government and private industry. Falan enjoys his family, art, writing, theatre, and landscaping.

Sean E. Smith, CISSP, is an Information Security Professional who works with Healthcare clients to heighten their security protocols and address specific HIPAA Risk audit requirements. Sean has over three decades of security and information technology experience as a United States Navy Cryptologist, Vice President at Bank of America, owner of an IT consulting company that specialized in small- to medium-sized medical practices. He currently serves as the Senior Security and Compliance Engineer for an electronic health record software company. He has earned his coveted Submarine Warfare (SS) Dolphins and was one of the first IT professionals in the United States to become a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. Sean has lived in Connecticut, California, Hawai’i and Florida, and now lives in North Carolina. He enjoys traveling, camping, spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.

Lynn Constantini

Dr. Costantini is an information technology professional with more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility sector. She has held executive level positions including VP and CIO of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, where she helped launch the Electricity Sector ISAC. As a subject matter expert on cyber security, Dr. Costantini has written federal and state regulations that are intended to protect electric utilities from cyberattacks and has testified before Congress regarding utilities’ cyber disaster preparedness. Her responsibilities at the NJ Board of Public Utilities include building and sustaining effective partnerships with government and private sector stakeholders to foster cybersecurity information sharing. Dr. Costantini holds a D.Sc. from New Jersey City University, an MBA from Rider University, and a BA in Economics from Seton Hall University. Her doctoral research focused on ways to improve partnership outcomes between government and private sectors in critical infrastructure industries. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Professional Security Studies department at New Jersey City University. When she is not behind a lightboard, Lynn is either on a mountain skiing, at the beach, or at Yankee Stadium.
