Terms & Conditions
A customer’s use of a CyberVista Voucher Account is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, as may be modified or updated by CyberVista from time to time, effective upon posting of an updated version of the Agreement at https://www.cybervista.net/voucher-program/. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will become effective upon the earlier of posting it to our Site or otherwise communicated it to you, and you will be deemed to accept the modification if you use CyberVista’s Voucher Accounts after it has been posted.
By setting up a Voucher Account CyberVista will establish an account balance for use towards CyberVista products and services. The Organization represents it has read, understands, and agrees the terms and conditions below.
1. UTILIZATION OF VOUCHER ACCOUNT AND FUNDS.
Unless otherwise indicated in the specific Agreement between CyberVista and the Organization, Voucher Accounts are to be used for CyberVista delivered programs advertised and sold on the CyberVista website at www.cybervista.net. CyberVista sold and delivered programs as of the time of these conditions include certification training, associated lesson materials, certification attempts, and/or Cyber Resolve board and executive training.
Training courses will be delivered in accordance with the provisions specific to the individual course. See individual program website pages for details.
Voucher Account account balance is not cancellable, returnable, or refundable and expires at the end of the twelfth month following Voucher Account credit purchase.
Once purchased, Voucher Account balances have no cash value. Any bonus balance added to the Voucher Account at the time of purchase has no cash value. It is the Organization’s responsibility to select an administrator who is authorized to access the balance within the Voucher Account.
Unless expressly stated otherwise the Voucher Account balance is valid from date of purchase until the end of the twelfth month following purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise Voucher Account balance can only be used towards CyberVista products and services, which may sometimes exclude third-party programs that are sold but not delivered by CyberVista. Voucher Account balance must be utilized in accordance with the instructions associated with the account.
An organization may wish to extend the expiration date of its Voucher Account, and may do so via a deposit of additional funds into the account balance with a minimum deposit of $25,000. The existing and new Voucher Account balance will then both reset to expire by the end of the twelfth month following the new credit purchase.
3. PAYMENT TERMS.
Voucher Account creation is dependent upon receipt of full payment of the agreed upon initial account balance deposit. A valid and active Voucher Account is required in advance of reserving any training.
4. TYPES OF PAYMENT.
CyberVista will accept payment to establish initial credit or for reloading credit into a Voucher Account through any of the means listed below:
You may not assign or transfer any rights, obligations, or privileges that you have under these terms and conditions without CyberVista’s prior written consent. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions will be binding on each party’s successors and permitted assigns. Any assignment or transfer in violation of this section will be deemed null and void.
