What to expect.

CyberVista Team

Diagnostic Assessment

Your request will be received by a CyberVista Enterprise team member who will start working behind the scenes to prepare your trial. Within 24 hours, the representative will schedule a 30-60 minute kick-off meeting to work to meet your goals in the trial.

Diagnostic Assessment

Once you have worked with your dedicated CyberVista team member to provision your team and select your unit, your team members will receive access to complete the diagnostic assessment. The diagnostic is used to determine each team member’s strengths and weaknesses across all seven (7) Critical Knowledge units, including the one you have selected.

Preliminary Skills Gap Analysis

Once all of your team members have completed the diagnostic assessment, you will receive a preliminary analysis outlining the findings (including identified skills gaps) in aggregate and at the individual level across your team.

Video Lessons

Meanwhile, your team members can proceed with training in the unit you have previous selected for them to review. Participants will experience engaging on-demand video covering fundamental topic areas in 5-10 minute modules.

Practical Labs

Hands-on experience is critical. Your team will get to work with both guided and problem-oriented labs to reinforce practical applications aligned to your selected training unit.

Final Assessment and Trial Reporting

Following completion of the training, your team members will complete a final assessment in reflection of the lessons of the unit. These results will be compared with the preliminary diagnostic findings to convey areas of improvement throughout the trial period.

NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework

Building upon the research done by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) and leveraging the National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (NCWF), we worked with multiple organizations to understand actual cybersecurity job roles and their required skills. The result is our detailed taxonomy aligned to the NCWF that serves as a roadmap to identify the skill and knowledge gaps between roles and levels in the enterprise.  Using this roadmap, individuals have a clear path forward with training across seven foundational units.
